Changing a visit

Please tell us a day ahead if you can, so someone else can have the chair. Call, text or WhatsApp.

Clean needles and risks

We use sterile, single-use needles from sealed packs, and used needles go into a sharps container. Every treatment has risks. Yours are small, and your acupuncturist explains them before the first needle: soreness, light bruising, feeling light-headed and, rarely, bleeding or infection.

Sharing a room

Phones are on silent and voices are low. Conversations about your health happen at the side of the room, not across it. If you would rather be treated in a quieter corner, ask.

Medicines, vitamins and herbs

Bring us a list of everything you take, and tell us about any change. Keep taking what your prescriber gave you.

Access

Tell us what would make a visit easier: a chair, extra time, a quieter corner or another language. We will do what we can, and we will tell you what we can't.

Your records

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. Our privacy page says what this website collects.
